Find Your Message. Build Your Keynote.
Your story is worth more than a post. It's a keynote. Come watch Dee Hankins help a speaker take their story, formula, or expertise and shape it into a clear message — live, in real time, no slides hiding the work.
Enter your name and email in the form below and your Zoom link appears right away — save it and add the calendar invite so you don't have to hunt for it on the night. Want reminders and the replay conversation? That's inside Speaker School on Skool.
Not louder. Clearer. Dee asks the right question, she finds her message, and a story starts to sound like a keynote.
What happens on the night
No webinar fluff. Teaching, then the real work — live coaching you can steal for your own talk.
Welcome
Doors, chat check-in, and how the live speaker coaching works — so you know how to volunteer and what to listen for.
Dee's story, fast
From foster care to the stage. Why clarity beats loud — and why your hardest chapter might be your strongest opening.
The Message Teaching
If you have a story, a proven formula, or expertise, you can get paid to share it — if you know how. This is how a story becomes a message, and a message becomes a keynote.
Live Speaker Coaching
Volunteers bring their message. Dee asks the questions in order, then shapes their keynote hook out loud — watch a raw story become a bookable message.
The invitation
What Speaker School actually builds with you over the first 12 weeks — and which tier fits where you are right now.
Q&A + close
Your questions, answered live. Leave with a next step, not just notes you'll never open again.
If one of these is you, be in the room.
You have a story
You've lived something that changed you — and you know it could help other people if you could say it clearly on a stage.
You have a formula
You've figured out a process that works — in business, in life, in your work — and people already ask you how you did it.
You have expertise
You're good at what you do and you're tired of trading all of it for hours. A keynote lets one talk do more work.
You'll leave with more than motivation.
Even if you don't volunteer yourself, you'll hear your own message differently by the end of the hour.
- What a bookable hook actually sounds like
- The questions to ask your own story before you write a word
- How a 15-minute talk grows to 30, 45, and 60 minutes
- A clear next step if you want to build your keynote properly
"Life throws curveballs. Even curveballs can be hit for home runs."
Dee Hankins is a resilience speaker and the founder of the At-Best program. He entered foster care at two months old and spent 18 years in care — 12 foster homes and 2 group homes by age 12 — before making the honor roll and building a career on stages across the country.
His framework is simple: Resilience is everything. Bucket 1 is your choices, Bucket 2 is other people's choices, Bucket 3 is acts of God — and the work is always in Bucket 1.
Speaker School is where he teaches aspiring speakers to do what he did: turn what they've lived and learned into a keynote that can open doors — and get paid.
